ABOUT ALLIE
Allie McLoughlin is a Speech Pathologist and Owner of Evolving Speech Pathology. Allie studied a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University and is a Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia, and a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
Having grown up in the Southern Highlands, Allie is highly aware of the barriers people face in accessing quality essential services, she is passionate about advocating for her clients to receive equal opportunities to achieve their individualised goals.
Allie has worked in private, NDIS and community settings including clinic, daycares, preschools, primary schools, high schools, hospital, residential aged care facilities, day programs, community (cafes and parks) and individual’s homes.
Allie has experience providing assessment and treatment to children and adults of all ages with a range of speech and language difficulties including:
Developmental delay, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning disability, Speech disorders, Intellectual disability, Cerebral Palsy, Huntington’s disease, Dementia, communication in aged care settings, Dysphagia in the adult population, Hearing impairments, Acquired neurological conditions, Down Syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).

Allie has also used Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and systems to expand clients’ communicative ability including Core Boards, PECS, LAMP Words for Life, Proloqou2go, Grid 3, Tobii Eye Gaze and NeuroNode3.
Allie believes in the importance of providing intervention that is evidence-based, client-centred and individually tailored to each client and continually seeks opportunities to further develop her skills.
In Allie’s spare time you will find her with her husband Sean, and her twin daughters Primrose and Charlotte out and about in the Southern Highlands.
Ellie Jones
Ellie Jones is a Speech Pathologist who completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology with Honours at James Cook University in Townsville and is a Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Ellie is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services within her local community. She has experience providing assessment and treatment to children and adults of all ages with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties. Ellie has worked in private, NDIS and community settings including clinics, daycare, preschools, primary and high schools, day programs, hospitals, residential aged care facilities, community settings and client’s homes.
Ellie has a special interest in literacy development, thereby empowering children to ignite their lifelong love of reading.
Ellie loves spending time with her partner Andrew and their two daughters Avalyn and Emillia, aged 5 and 2 years old. They enjoy the walks and cafes of The Southern Highlands, camping, building sandcastles on beaches or snuggling up and experiencing magical adventures through reading children’s books together.
